Shipping

Orders ship from Florida with USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to ship. The shipping cost is shown before you pay, and when your order ships we email you tracking, when it is available.

International orders: import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your total and are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.

Please double-check your shipping address when you order. We are not responsible for the reshipment if a package is returned to us for an insufficient address. The customer will be reached out to and invoiced for a second shipping charge.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Privacy

We collect what we need to run the shop: your name, shipping address, email address, an optional phone number, and what is in your order. If you create an account we also keep your account email and a hashed password (never the password itself). If you write to us through the contact form, we keep your message.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. To deliver your order we share your shipping address with USPS and the service we use to print shipping labels.

We use your email address to send your order confirmation and shipping updates. We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell your data.

We use essential cookies only: your sign-in session and the checkout session. Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser.

To ask for a copy of your information, or to have it deleted, contact us through the contact form.

Terms

Products and prices may change at any time. An order is accepted when your payment succeeds. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Sales tax is collected where required. Colors may vary slightly from the photos you see on your screen.

The artwork on this site and the PrincessTheDoll name belong to their owner and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

This site is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Florida law governs these terms.
